Izy Hossack is one of the top food bloggers of her generation because she doesn’t shy away from even the most daring recipe creation. Whether it’s “Gluten-free banana pumpkin-caramel cake” or “Quick mini monkey breads,” her recipes sound like the closely guarded secrets of an experienced pastry chef.
According to Izy it was her Italian-American mother who especially influenced her. So is she on her way to a top career as a pastry chef? Time will tell, says Izy. First she wants to study biochemistry and spend her free time baking, photographing and blogging.
